Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, we can offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Timing: The return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
- Condition: The item must be in saleable condition—unworn, unused, with all original packaging or tags intact, and with any product seals unbroken.
Our team will assess the returned item to ensure it meets these criteria. Please note, delivery costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Excluded Items – Live Plants
Please choose carefully when purchasing live plants. Due to their delicate nature, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We kindly ask for your careful consideration before making a purchase.
Care Tips for Live Plants
We pack your plants with the utmost care, but minor soil spillage may occur during transit. Simply shake off any excess soil and give your plants time to settle and flourish after their journey.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to assist. Contact us at contact@everythingaboutgarden.com.au or call us on 0493 725 197 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the issue, along with your name and order number, so we can resolve the matter quickly. You can choose between a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
To ensure prompt resolution, please report any issues within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for issues reported after this period.
